Managing your Service Providers and Assistants.
If you have multiple Locations, don't worry- That comes in a later step.
Providers who are also Salesforce users should automatically show up the first time you open this tab. If they don't then you most likely need to go and assign them the Appointiv Provider Permission Set. Go here for instructions on managing permission sets.
Non-Salesforce users are easy to add as well. Simply click “Add People” to create new records for either Providers or Assistants. Providers and Assistants who aren't in Salesforce won't be able to access the Schedule Manager or make notes in Salesforce on the Customer record but they'll still get email notifications about appointments and can sync their calendars with Appointiv.
Click on the edit button for any Provider to open the edit dialogue box. In here, you can:
- Upload a profile picture
- Change their contact details
- Change their Overbooking Limit
