The final step in our setup is to give your Providers a schedule of available times to take appointments.
This step is accessed from the Schedule Manager screen rather than the Configure because we wanted Providers to be able to quickly see and possibly change their schedule without having to navigate to Configure.

Steps in our Walkthrough Setup
Step 1 - Navigate to the Appointiv Calendar tab in Salesforce
Step 2 - Click Manage Availability
Step 3 - Select Thomas Magnum and Main for Set Advisor and Select Office
Step 4 - Tick the boxes next to Monday through Friday
Click Save & Close
Saving times happens as a background process so if you try to save a second set very quickly you might see this error:
It means that you saved just after saving another set of times. The system is saving in the background and Salesforce occasionally puts the process on hold if something else is happening that moment. Just wait a second or a few and try again. Your data will still get saved.
