Allow customer to self-service Cancel or Reschedule
Pinned CompletedInclude a link in the confirmation and reminder messages that allows the customer to choose whether to Cancel or Reschedule.
- Cancelling would send a message to the Provider and remove the booking from the Schedule Manager.
- Rescheduling would remove the previous booking and then allow the customer to choose from any currently open times for that particular Location/Service/Provider

New addition to also be included in this feature
We will add a Toggle switch in the Config area to allow
- Include Cancel button in emails
- Include Reschedule button in emails
This will allow you to choose whether to enable this feature in your org
