Indicator on bookings to show whether a person has confirmed their appointment

When viewing the Schedule Manager inside Salesforce, it would be nice to see an indicator showing whether a customer has confirmed their booking.  A visual icon would be great.

Once in place, this could then drive actions inside Salesforce via triggers and workflows.  Say, for example, a customer has not confirmed within x number of days of the visit then trigger an additional reminder.
