    Excellent idea.  thanks Anne!   I agree that having the separate unavailability for each location can be cumbersome.   


    We were thinking of having it always default to "All" - if a Service Provider is unavailable then they would be unavailable everywhere. 


    This would be similar to the way unavailability comes in from their personal calendar sync- if your personal calendar has you booked into something then Appointiv counts you as unavailable no matter the location.


    Does that sound like a good solution?

    That's definitely a start. I'd also be able to mark all service providers unavailable - for example, instead of marking each advisor unavailable on Christmas, just doing blanket unavailability. Perhaps even as a tie-in to the holidays in Salesforce company settings.
