Book appointment that requires two resources for different participation duration

Hello, Jason

I have the following use case:

Need to book appointment that requires two resources  - first one for first 15 mins (intake forms) and second one  - for set-up  - next 45 mins.

Is it possible in current version (1.9.5) or maybe you have plans for that in next releases?

  Hi Andrey- that's a great sounding idea.  We don't have plans for that in the roadmap at the moment... It seems like there are a a few different ways to solve it - one very tricky and some a bit easier.

  The very difficult way to do it would be where each person is literally only booked for the time they're required - freeing them up to be booked in the other portion of the hour they're not booked.  This would be required if say, for example, the intake form person needs to be booked every 15 minutes doing these tasks meaning they are in 4 appointments in an hour doing the intake form.  

  The easiest way is to have both in the 1 hour appointment and just have the intake person know that they are to come in at the beginning and the set-up person knows they come in 15 min later.  I'm guessing that won't work, though, as you would have thought of it already... can you verify if this works?

  A third option is to add a Process Builder automation that creates separate appointments for the two people on the back of the Appointiv appointment.  Using that plus overbooking limits, we might come up with a recipe that solves the problem.

  How many "intake form" Service Providers are there and how many "set-up" SPs are there?  Also how many appointments per hour do you need to be able to book for one "intake form" SP?

  Thank you for your solutions -  need to investigate them in details.

  Answering your questions "How many "intake form" Service Providers are there and how many "set-up" SPs are there?  Also how many appointments per hour do you need to be able to book for one "intake form" SP?" - I do not know it exactly, because it depends on time for visit that Client required this Appointment.

  Ideally, we need to have something like one Appointment type but with different Time for different Services (Specialties) in location - for 15 and for 45 mins.

  In such case if we assign task on first resource - it will book this resource on 15 mins. In case of second resource - book this resource on 45 mins.
