In order for Salesforce users to be able to "see" the Appointiv app inside Salesforce, you need to add them as Appointiv Users in the Salesforce setup area. Here's how it looks in Lightning Experience.

The number of "Used Licenses" will determine how many licenses you need to purchase when your trial ends. The trial comes with 10 "Allowed Licenses" so let us know if you need more and we can add some.

You can always add or subtract users later on in this same area. If your number of licenses required drops, you need to reduce the number on your renewal order on your next billing cycle. We can't tell if you need them in reserve so the "Allowed Licenses" may be higher than the "Used Licenses" which means you need to manage that number at renewal.
