There is an issue in setting up Appointiv for Financial Services Cloud users that we are aware of and are currently working to fix.
Affected- Financial Services Cloud customers
Severity- High- users aren't able to use the app properly
Issue- When setting up Appointiv, the Salesforce users that are supposed to be set up as Service Providers don't appear in the list in the Configure>People screen.
This is true even after double checking that the users have their proper Permission Sets. If you are trying to manually add users to the list of People, please expect to get an error message saying the contact is a duplicate.
We are currently working to resolve this issue and expect resolution in a short time. We will notify you here when the fix is made.
Update October 25, 2016
The issue has been identified as being around the way the Fin Serv Cloud package puts triggers against recurring events. We're developing a workaround and should have some more to share in the coming week.
