Enhancements:

Minor UI changes to the create appointment pop up
Changed the behavior for pop-up descriptions on the calendar.
- Customers who had hundreds of appointments visible complained that too many pop-ups were a distraction.
- Now the pop-ups only appear if the user clicks on the calendar tile for the appointment
Made uploaded files more easily visible on the edited Appointment in the Appointiv LWC Calendar
Automatically add "Company" field on new Lead records when adding from the booking form

Bug fixes:

Activity history on Converted Leads were not showing appointments
Some custom fields were not saving on the Event record
Main calendar page was auto-refreshing too often
Issue around grey area showing availability when large numbers (15+) Service Provider columns selected together on the LWC Calendar
