Bug fixes:
- Fixed the process for sending Reminder emails and collecting the RSVP from the customer. Works in all versions of Person Accounts as well as Lead and Contacts.
- Changed the code to enable accepting last names with apostrophe - this was affecting some customers prefilled forms. Customer names such as O'Brien will now work without error.
