Before you get started 

Before trying to configure the application, you or someone in your team should have already installed the app, given you access to the app and given you the Appintiv Administrator permission set. 

All of those steps are shown here in the installation instructional video.

Here's the end-to-end video guide for configuring Appointiv.  It takes about 50 minutes with all the explaining going on.  If you're unfamiliar with the app, you can generally set up an account from scratch in about an hour.
